A highly selective and efficient LC–MS/MS method was developed to determine the plasma concentration of magnolol, hesperidin, neohesperidin and geniposide following oral administration of Zhi‐Zi‐Hou‐Po decoction in normal and depressed rats. Plasma samples were pretreated by protein precipitation with methanol. Chromatographic separation was performed on an XTerra® MS C18 column using a gradient elution with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile–0.1% aqueous formic acid. The proposed method was validated to be specific, accurate and precise for the analytes determination in plasma samples. The calibration curves displayed good linearity over definite concentration ranges for the analytes. The intra‐ and inter‐day precision of the proposed method at three different levels were all within <11.13% and the relative errors ranged from ?8.46 to 8.93%. The recovery of the four compounds ranged from 82.72 to 89.08% and no apparent matrix effect was observed during sample analysis. After full validation, the established method was successfully applied for comparing the pharmacokinetics of four components between normal and depressed rats. The results showed that the AUC and Cmax of four analytes in depressed rats were significantly different from those in normal rats and might provide helpful information to guide the clinical use of Zhi‐Zi‐Hou‐Po to treat depression. 相似文献

The precise synthesis of poly(thioester)s with diverse structures is still a significant challenge in the polymeric materials field. Herein, we report a novel approach to the synthesis of well‐defined poly(thioester)s by the controlled alternating copolymerization of cyclic thioanhydrides and episulfides induced by simple organic ammonium salts. Both the cation and anion have strong effects on the copolymerization. [PPN]OAc ([PPN]=bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium) with a bulky cation was proven to be efficient in initiating this polymerization, yielding poly(thioester)s with a completely alternating structure, controlled molecular weight, and narrow polydispersity. The poly(thioester) obtained from succinic thioanhydride and propylene sulfide is a typical semicrystalline material, possessing a high refractive index of up to 1.78. Because it uses readily available monomers, this method is expected to open up a new route to poly(thioester)s with diverse structures and properties. 相似文献

A simple method for nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC)/fluorinated polyacrylate was developed by RAFT‐mediated surfactant‐free emulsion polymerization, in which the nanocomposites formed a core‐shell spherical morphology. The influence of the content of NCC‐g‐(PAA‐b‐PHFBA) (AA was acrylic acid, HFBA was hexafluorobutyl acrylate) on the properties of latex and film were systematically studied. The monomer conversion, the tensile strength, and water–oil repellency of film increased first and then decreased, the latex particle size decreased first and then decreased, when the content of NCC‐g‐(PAA‐b‐PHFBA) increased from 1 to 6 wt %. Elongation at break and thermal stability distinctly decreased when the content of NCC‐g‐(PAA‐b‐PHFBA) gradually increased. XPS showed that the fluorine‐containing groups well concentrated at the film–air interfaces during the annealing process. SEM analysis revealed that the treated fiber had a rugged surface, and the treated fabric had an excellent water repellency. In addition, this green grafting method in water offered a new perspective for the fabrication of exceptional NCC‐based nanocomposites with NCC as the core and also helped to promote the potential applicability of NCC in a range of multipurpose applications. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The miktoarm star‐shaped poly(lactic acid) (PLA) copolymer, (PLLA)2‐core‐(PDLA)2, was synthesized via stepwise ring‐opening polymerization of lactide with dibromoneopentyl glycol as the starting material. 1H NMR and FTIR spectroscopy proved the feasibility of synthetic route and the successful preparation of star‐shaped PLA copolymers. The results of FTIR spectroscopy and XRD showed that the stereocomplex structure of the copolymer could be more perfect after solvent dissolution treatment. Effect of chain architectures on crystallization was investigated by studying the nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization of the miktoarm star‐shaped PLA copolymer and other stereocomplexes. Nonisothermal differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing optical microscopy tests indicated that (PLLA)2‐core‐(PDLA)2 exhibited the fastest formation of a stereocomplex in a dynamic test due to its special structure. In isothermal crystallization tests, the copolymer exhibited the fast crystal growth rate and the most perfect crystal morphology. The results reveal that the unique molecular structure has an important influence on the crystallization of the miktoarm star‐shaped PLA copolymer. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. 森林火灾“爆燃”现象的特征是突然发生的高强度、高蔓延速度的燃烧。目前为止,关于“爆燃火”的原因还没有达成共识。以无人机视角下对林木爆燃火特性研究,以四川木里特大森林火灾为研究对象,通过分析凉山州某森林扑火部队3月31日木里森林火灾当天KWT(科卫泰)无人机航拍火场画面,结合无人机实时影像及实地调研数据,分析了峡谷地形林火蔓延时空特征,探讨了峡谷中风向风速变化时空分布规律,研究了地形变化条件下,不同海拔高度风速特征,建立了无人机倾角测量风速模型(其中为风速m·s-1,为无人机倾角°)。结果表明,高山峻岭特殊地形环境下每天4:00—12:00时间段为静风期,为峡谷林火扑救最佳时期;午后15:00—17:00和晚上20:00—22:00为山谷地形风速活跃期;仿真软件数据显示山顶、谷底与山腰不同海拔位置的风速风向不统一,谷底会产生乱流现象,且风速与海拔不存在正相关关系,小气候在复杂地形中占主导影响地位;在谷口至山谷深处的中间位置会出现气流速度的波峰状态,并易形成乱流,为爆燃火发生提供了客观必要条件。该研究可为复杂地形环境下,森林草原火灾扑救安全提供数据和技术支撑。 相似文献

基于GGA+U的第一性原理方法,分析了La、Ce、Pr、Nd四种元素掺杂的ZnO结构,对晶体的结构、电子结构和光学性质进行了对比分析.由键布局分析可知,掺杂体系Zn-O键共价性的强弱与杂质掺入原子的序数成正比.掺杂后体系的类型仍为直接跃迁,能级整体下移;随着Pr、Nd掺入,出现了杂质能级,这是由稀土元素的4f电子态所导致.在光学性质方面,掺杂体系的吸收系数、静介电常数都比纯ZnO的高,体系的吸收边都向低能方向移动,其中Zn7LaO8的红移程度最高、静介电常数最大,说明其光催化能力和极化能力都最强. 相似文献

Self‐emulsion polymerization (SEP), a green route developed by us for the polymerization of amphiphilic monomers, does not require any emulsifier or an organic solvent except that the water‐soluble initiators such as 2,2′‐azobis[2‐(2‐imidazolin‐2‐yl)propane]dihydrochloride (VA‐044) and potassium persulfate (KPS) are only used. We report here the polymer nanoscaffolds from a number of amphiphilic monomers, which can be used for in situ encapsulation of a variety of nanoparticles. As a demonstration of the efficacy of these nanoscaffolds, the synthesis of a biocompatible hybrid nanoparticle (nanohybrid), prepared by encapsulating Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticle (Fe3O4 MNPs) in poly(2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate) in water, for MRI application is presented. The nanohybrid prepared following the SEP in the form of an emulsion does not involve the use of any stabilizing agent, crosslinker, polymeric emulsifier, or surfactant. This water‐soluble, spherical, and stable nanohybrid containing Fe3O4 MNPs of average size 10 ± 2 nm has a zeta potential value of ?41.89 mV under physiological conditions. Magnetic measurement confirmed that the nanohybrid shows typical magnetic behavior having a saturation magnetization (Ms) value of 32.3 emu/g and a transverse relaxivity (r2) value of 29.97 mM?1 s?1, which signifies that it can be used as a T2 contrast agent in MRI. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
